THE SIGNIFICANCE OF SUBSCALES IN THE TOTAL SCORE

ACE is presented both as a total score (logical analytical thinking) and based on the results of the subscales (N, V, S). The subscales are weighted differently in the total score and do not represent an average value. The subscale with the highest significance in the total score is the spatial one, followed by numerical, and finally verbal. This means that the total score may sometimes seem misleading in relation to the subscales, but this is due to the weighting and the algorithm that governs how the score is calculated.
