BRIGHT - TWO VERSIONS

One is designed for service professions that include elements of sales, such as employees in retail, restaurants, hotels, and sales. This version is called BRIGHT Service & Sales. It includes six scales that measure behaviors and attitudes important for both service and sales.

For service professions without sales elements, such as customer service, security services, healthcare, facility management, etc., the scale related to sales (Sales Self-Efficacy) can be removed. This version is called BRIGHT Service.

The six scales are:

- Diligence
- Integrity
- Stress Tolerance
- Social Confidence
- Service-Mindedness
- Sales Self-Efficacy (removed in BRIGHT Service)
