THEORETICAL FOUNDATION

BRIGHT has been developed based on field studies conducted at selected companies within the service sector, including industries such as retail, restaurants, security services, healthcare, and facility management. Additionally, a quantitative study of service professions from ONET, an American database with definitions and job requirement descriptions for over 5,000 occupations, was used.
