ADMINISTERING BRIGHT

BRIGHT can be administered and sent out via links, just like other tests in Master People Platform.

Another option is to create an open link that can be inserted into a job advertisement or sent in the "Thank you for your application" email. This link is the same for all candidates and allows them to enter their personal information before completing the test.

A third option, and the most common due to volume, is to integrate BRIGHT into your ATS (Applicant Tracking System), allowing test links to be managed directly from that system.
