BRIGHT IN SCREENING

In an optimal process, BRIGHT is used during the screening of applicants to identify the individuals most suitable for performing the job at the required service level. Those who qualify move on in the process for further evaluation. The test takes about 10 minutes to complete and can be done on any type of device, such as a smartphone. Each applicant who completes the test receives written feedback in the form of a score report containing their results.

The hiring manager can receive a list of matching score against set Criteria and make decisions about the next steps in the process based on that information, or they can access an interview guide that graphically displays test results against the Criteria and provides questions for the next interview stage.

Of course, BRIGHT can also be used in processes with fewer applicants, but it should always be aligned with specific Criteria for maximum effectiveness.
