CORE IN SCREENING

For roles with high demands and a large number of applicants, you can use CORE as a screening tool, focusing on candidates who have the highest match with the defined Criteria as those qualified to proceed further in the process.

We strongly recommend always inputting CORE Criteria into MPP, which you can then compare your applicants against to ensure that your decisions are accurate. MPP generates a match percentage, indicating qualification, with 75% or higher being the threshold for qualification.

If you apply screening in your assessment within MPP, you can activate a "stop" in the process. This means that if the candidate does not achieve at least 75% match, they will not be allowed to proceed to the next test in the assessment workflow. Watch video of how you apply this stop in MPP:
