EMAIL THE HIRING MANAGER WITH A LINK TO THE CORE JOB ANALYSIS

When you're ready to initiate the job analysis process, simply email the hiring manager with the link to the CORE job analysis. This will allow them to fill out the questionnaire, either on their own or in collaboration with you, to establish the necessary criteria for the role.

Make sure to include clear instructions in the email on how to complete the analysis and explain its importance in defining the role's requirements. This helps ensure the best alignment between the candidate's capabilities and the job's demands.
