RESULTS, NORM GROUPS, AND LANGUAGES

The results in CORE are presented on a STEN scale, a ten-point scoring system where STEN stands for Standard Ten. Each STEN score corresponds to a percentage of the norm group—see the distribution here.

There are two norm groups: one Norwegian and one international (collected in 2021). The international norm group consists of 549 people from various countries, while the Norwegian norm group includes 396 individuals of working age. Select the norm based on the job location or the company culture where the role is performed.

When it comes to general ability, cultural background does not have a significant impact, as cognitive ability is not influenced by it. We are relatively similar across borders in this regard.

CORE is available in seven languages: Swedish, English, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, German, and Spanish (2024).
