WHAT IS EASI?
EASI is a normative development test used in various development efforts, which can pertain to either an individual or a team.
EASI is an acronym that refers to four different personality types reflected in the typology that EASI represents.
E stands for the Enthusiast
A stands for the Analyst
S stands for the Supporter
I stands for the Implementer
EASI includes two subtests: one measures behavior (what one does), and the other measures motivation (what one enjoys doing). Each subtest consists of 64 statements, and each takes approximately 7 minutes to complete. The subtests result in graphs that show how much one relates to each personality type compared to a norm. The subtests can also be combined in a gap analysis to see whether there is alignment between behavior and motivation. The more the graphs overlap, the more likely the person is doing what they enjoy. The results of the subtests, as well as the gap analysis, are excellent for individual development, coaching, career development, etc. You can also combine the test results for multiple individuals in the same view, allowing you to use the data for team analysis and team development.
