RESULTS, NORM GROUPS, AND LANGUAGES
The EASI results are presented in a typological graph with four personality types. Each individual receives a score for each personality type based on both behavior style and motivation style. The scores correspond to percentiles—see here.
The Swedish norm group consists of 3,204 Swedes of working age (representing the Swedish working population) collected in 2019. Additionally, there are several other norm groups available for comparison, depending on where the test is used, such as an international norm group of over 19,000 people. The international norm is particularly useful for team analyses when team members are distributed across multiple countries.
EASI can be completed in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Polish. The test person itself chooses language when presented with EASI.
