THEORETICAL FOUNDATION

EASI is based on the Five-Factor Model (BIG5), where four of the five factors presented in BIG5 can be found in EASI. The four personality traits that correlate with EASI are Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, and Agreeableness.
