For managers who wish to conduct a development discussion with their employee, the Extended Manager Report can be a valuable tool to maintain a clear structure and discuss what the person does and thrives on.

At the end of the report, there is a development plan and suggestions for development areas for the employee, which can be followed up together. The manager and employee choose a few points, establish an action plan, and follow up during the next meeting.

As a certified user, you go through the report with the manager to explain the test and its contents. If needed, you can also access "Train the Trainer" materials, which you can use to train your managers on how to use EASI in conversations.
