ISSUES WITH COMPLETING THE FORM

Sometimes the test participant may encounter issues while completing the MPA. The most common issue is that they have missed the instruction on how to fill out the form. Typically, instead of selecting one statement that fits best and one that fits least, they may have chosen two of each. Ask the person to select just one for each category, and they should be able to proceed.
