THE TEST PERSON DOES NOT RECEIVE THE LINK
Sometimes issues can arise when a link is generated from a system and sent to an email address that may be protected by firewalls or antivirus programs. The sender is unknown to the receiving company, which can prevent the link from reaching the recipient.
It is usually best to send test links to private email addresses, as this tends to work better, such as a Gmail, Hotmail, or similar address.
If you continue to have trouble resolving this issue, we suggest using the "Open link" feature found on the right side of the relevant assessment. Click the plus sign and enter a title, how many tests you want to limit the link to, and the expiration date for the link. Then copy the link and paste it into an email that you can send directly to the person in question. The person can then fill in their personal details and complete the test. The result will be recorded in the relevant assessment from which you created the link, just like for other candidates who has received links in the traditional way.
