Request a new PIN code via email.
If it still doesn't work:
Switch browsers and/or devices. Use incognito/private mode in the browser. Ensure that the sender, Master International A/S <noreply@master-online.com>, hasn't been blocked or marked as spam.
Contact our support if it still doesn't work.
