EXTRACT OF PERSONAL DATA IN MPP

A person who has access to a link from you has the option to retrieve a summary of the data registered about them. Ask the person to log in to the link again and wait for the PIN code for two-step verification.

At the top of the page where the tests are collected, there is an option to download the data report.

For a test person who no longer has their test link, you can do the following:

Log in to MPP. Go to People on the left. Filter by entering name or email.

Click on the person to view their details. On the right, you can access the assessments the person is part of. Click on any assessment. You will now see the assessment, and the person will be listed among those who have received the invitation.

Click on the person and select "Send email," meaning you can invite the person to the assessment again by sending a new invitation.

Once the person has received the invitation, they can log in via the link and find the report as described above.
