WHAT IS MPA?
MPA stands for Master Person Analysis, an ipsative personality test that measures a person’s typical work behavior. The questionnaire consists of 160 statements divided into 40 groups (four statements per group). In each group, the participant selects one statement that best fits them and one of the remaining three that fits them the least. The test results describe your scores in a total of nine traits distributed across three main areas: drive, social factors, and work style. Here you can find an overview of the traits measured in MPA.
