TEST INTERVIEW

Ensure that a report is downloadable when you create a new assessment in the Master People Platform. If you have set the "Feedback Report" as the default for reports in your test settings, it will always be available for download. Adjustments can be made in the test box within the workflow of the current assessment if you want to override your default settings.

If the report is downloadable, you have met the minimum requirements for feedback to the applicant/candidate. Simply allowing the applicant to access their report is sufficient. This also creates transparency in the process, which will benefit you as an employer. The more transparency, the greater the chance of receiving truthful responses from your applicants.
