MPA REPORTS

There are six different MPA reports to use.

The MPA Feedback Report is the test person's report, i.e. the report that can be made downloadable for a test person immediately after completing the test. It functions partly as a written feedback, which is the minimum requirement for feedback, or as a basis for a test interview or verbal feedback. Regardless of whether you choose to only give written feedback or give verbal feedback, we recommend that you as a user always make the Feedback report downloadable in the Master People Platform. You increase transparency and the test taker can better prepare for the interview.

There is also an MPA Interview Guide, which, in addition to the test results, contains suggestions for questions based on the test subject's results. If you also choose to include a Criteria in the report, you will also receive suggestions for questions if the test result differs from the Criteria.

Interview guide with Criteria is an excellent complement to the Feedback report in the verbal feedback.

The MPA Profile Report, is a one-page report with only MPA outcomes (the nine basic properties),

You can also use reports with the MPA Supplementary Properties as well as the MPA Team Roles (see below under In-depth material).

When presenting an MPA result to a recruiting manager, you can use the MPA 3rd Party Report.
