OPTO RESULTS AND NORM GROUPS

The results in OPTO are presented on a STEN scale, a ten-point scoring system standing for Standard Ten. Each STEN score corresponds to a percentile within the norm group. The most recent Swedish norm group, collected in 2022, consists of 3,832 working-age Swedes, representing the Swedish workforce. There are a total of 11 OPTO norms available for comparison, including an international norm. Choose the norm based on the location of the position or the culture of the company where the role is performed.

TEST LANGUAGES

The test takes approximately 30 minutes to complete and consists of 154 statements rated on a seven-point scale. The test is currently available in Swedish, Danish, English, Finnish, French, German, Norwegian, Spanish, and Italian.
