OPTO REPORTS

There are seven different individual reports that you can use for various occasions.

If you prefer to stay at the overarching dimension level, the following reports are available:

• Score Report* 
• Score Page
• Interview Guide

All four reports are useful for test interviews as well as for gaining a general understanding of the candidate.

If you want to work with the deeper aspect-level perspective, the following extended reports are available:

• Expanded Score Report*
• Expanded Score Page
• Expanded Interview Guide

*Can be made available to the candidate immediately after completion.

These reports are, of course, suitable for test interviews or as a deeper foundation for understanding the candidate.

For the client, there is a summary report called the Decision Report. To further align with the job role's requirements and provide additional value to the client, you can generate a Decision Report that contains matching against a Criteria

The Decision Report also includes a brief Leadership Perspective (covering social and effective leadership). However, it should not be confused with our more comprehensive OPTO +Leadership, which provides significant value in leadership recruitment and coaching.
