ACE-RAPPORTER

Det finns tre typer av ACE-rapporter:

Poängrapporten kan testpersonen själv ladda ner. Den fungerar även som en rapport att visa för tredje part, dvs rekryterande chef. 

Intervjuguiden kan du som användare nyttja i en muntlig återkoppling för att hålla en god struktur (tillsammans med checklistan), den innehåller även förslag på frågor som du kan ställa till testpersonen.

Den tredje rapporten är en poängsida, med totalresultat och de olika underskalornas resultat samlat på en sida.

ACE REPORTS

There are three types of ACE reports:

The score report can be downloaded by the test taker himself. It also serves as a report to show to a third party, i.e. hiring manager.

The interview guide can you as a user use in a test interview to maintain a good structure (together with the checklist), it also contains suggestions for questions that you can ask the candidate.

The third report is a score page, with the total score and the results of the various subscales combined on one page.
