Varje sökande som fyller i testen får en skriftlig återkoppling i form av en poängrapport som innehåller det egna resultatet.

Mottagande chef kan från sitt håll få möjlighet att få en matchningsgrad mot satt Criteria och bara fatta beslut om den vidare processen baserat på det, eller få tillgång till en intervjuguide som dels grafiskt visar testresultat mot Criteria och dels ger förslag på frågor som kan ställas i en senare intervju.

Each applicant who completes the test receives written feedback in the form of a score report containing their own results.

The receiving manager can, from his side, have the opportunity to get a match rate against set Criteria (0-100%) and only make decisions about the further process based on that, or get access to an interview guide that partly graphically shows test results against the Criteria and partly suggests questions that can be asked in a later interview.
