MPA LEADERSHIP CRITERIAS
You who are going to carry out leadership recruitment or second opinions can use our four generic leadership criteria to get an understanding of the candidate's leadership orientation. Register them as individual Criteria in an assessment under MPA. Each leader profile has an overall definition as below:
Administrative oriented leader
Definition: To be able to organize and plan both their own and others' tasks by creating or streamlining existing routines and guidelines.
Business oriented leader
Definition: Focused on the opportunity to do business as well as optimize revenue and return.
Development oriented leader
Definition: To focus on development and to think innovatively. Be able to see and evaluate if something is possible to implement.
People oriented leader
Definition: Harmonize employees' goals with the company's overall goals by inspiring and motivating.
