OPTO-RAPPORTER

Det finns åtta olika individrapporter som du kan nyttja för olika tillfällen. Du kan göra Poängrapporten (innehåller resultatet på de åtta dimensionerna), den Utökade poängrapporten (innehåller resultatet på de 20 aspekterna), Poängsidan eller Sida om ledarskapsperspektivet nedladdningsbar för testpersonen.

Om du ska genomföra en testintervju kan du som användare skriva ut en översiktlig Poängsida (med åtta dimensioner) eller en Utökad poängsida som innehåller både Dimensioner och 20 Aspekter. Intervjuguide (med de åtta dimensionerna) eller en Utökad Intervjuguide (med de 20 aspekterna). Respektive rapport ger förslag på frågor baserat på testpersonens resultat.

När du ska presentera en testpersons resultat för en uppdragsgivare har du möjlighet att nyttja Beslutsrapporten. För ytterligare fokus på tjänstens krav kan du skapa en Beslutsrapport som innehåller matchning mot ett Criteria. 

OPTO REPORTS

There are eight different individual reports that you can use for different occasions. You can make the Score Report (contains the results on the eight dimensions), the Expanded Score Report (contains the results on the 20 aspects), the Score Page, or the Leadership Perspective Page downloadable to the test taker.

If you are going to conduct a test interview, you as a user can print an overview Score Page (with eight dimensions) or an Expanded Score Page that contains both Dimensions and 20 Aspects. Interview Guide (with the eight dimensions) or an Expanded Interview Guide (with the 20 aspects). Each report provides suggestions for questions based on the test person's results.

When you have to present a test person's results to a hiring manager, you have the opportunity to use the Decision Report. For further focus on the job requirements, you can create a Decision Report that contains matching against a Criteria.
